Land Managers
Large land managers such as parish councils, estates, campuses or commercial land owners often comes with the added responsibilities of managing the green provisions on the land. Often tree risk is misinterpreted leading to their early demise without understanding the value that they provide. Trees are amazing things. They germinate, grow and adapt in a changing environment without a brain or central nervous system while providing an enormous amount of environmental services like carbon sequestration, pollution filtering, rainfall interruption, amenity value and mental health benefits. You cannot just buy a mature tree for your property; it takes time. These assets do come with responsibility though.
